All products except those noted below are eligible for return and will receive full refund, a store credit or exchange based on reason for return. If the product is damaged we will gladly give you a full refund.
The following categories are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges: Custom orders, sale items.
Return packages must be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs will be paid by us.
All products must be returned in the factory carton packed exactly as it was shipped otherwise returns will not be accepted. Please note customized items may not be returned and are final sale.
